Had an awesome stay for 2 nights and would definitely return. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a wonderful area, close enough to all the main restaurants of Mirissa, the nearby Secret Root Spa, and the beautiful. In general the staff were polite and incredibly nice.

The Secret Guesthouse exceeded all my expectations! The house and room were beautifully decorated in the style of Bevis Bawa's house and garden, and the spacious room and huge bathroom were jaw-dropping. The old world feel and the brilliant garden view created a treasure of an experience. The lush green garden, charming and unique rooms with outdoor spaces, and practical features like free Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. The gracious lounge and thoughtful touches like flowers in every room and towel elephants added to the charm. The delicious breakfast options and the option for dinner were super convenient. The welcoming and helpful staff, along with the fantastic spa on-site, made it a peaceful and perfect retreat. Definitely the best place I stayed in Sri Lanka, perfect for a solo traveler.

The Secret Guesthouse offers an array of services and activities, including surfing lessons and a convenient location just 500m from the beach. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast menu is delicious. the rooms and overall property are well-maintained, with a lovely terrace for relaxation in the evening.

This place has everything - free parking for my fancy car, a lounge where I can pretend to socialize, a garden where I can actually enjoy nature , and free WiFi so I can Instagram my luxurious stay. Oh, and breakfast too!

Lovely stay, great breakfast options, and friendly staff. the guesthouse is located just a short walk from the beach and main road. the room was clean and spacious with air-conditioning. I loved the fact that they provided refillable glass bottles for drinking water, it's good for the environment. the dinners at the guesthouse were excellent, definitely better than other places I tried. the garden was beautiful, and it was nice to have breakfast there surrounded by wildlife.

The guesthouse can get a bit noisy due to its proximity to the main road. the spa can get fully booked quickly, so it's important to book in advance.

The attached spa with its airy pavilions in another beautiful garden was the cherry on top. A peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable place for a solo traveler as well.
